So I finally tracked down the new epic trinkets that are coming our way in the 2.4 patch. They are pretty nifty, I must say. Most of the trinkets are superior to Karazhan loot, which should make them desirable to the average player. There??s a tanking one with +42 defense which makes it comparable to the SSC tanking trinket and surpassed only by the Black Temple trinket. My rogue Krystella can get an epic version of her Nightseye panther, which I??m tickled about cuz I wasn??t looking forward to

The test server has been quite a challenge for me this time out, the character copies were down for close to a week and now that I??m finally there, the lag is beyond horrible. Plus, I couldn??t find the new quartermaster the first day, despite a good hour of looking. I finally located him on the second day and got some screenshots for you, but then my copy of Photoshop 6 died a ghastly death and I??ve been trying to figure out how to get the images in a blog-friendly format. Shattered Sun Offensive- Mostly speculation, but it's possible to read the quest text for most of the quests that have been added into patch 2.4. Everything past Phase 2 is a guess. I'm also assuming that the Phase 1/2 dailies that are replaced can be continued afterwards. There??s not a whole lot of excitement for Alchemy in the upcoming patch, the only official changes are the removal of the cooldown for Arcanite Transmutes and the increase in stack size for Gift of Arthas. Pretty boring really, although I agree with removing transmute timers on the old-world transmutes. With Burning Crusade transmutes, no one will ever want to waste a CD on an old world transmute. I could see going with a separate CD for old transmutes vs new ones, but I suppose removing them
